Guidelines

GENERAL

What I Will Draw

  • Humans, Humanoids

  • Mech, Robot, Scifi Designs

  • Animals, Creatures and Monsters

  • NFSW (Legal)

  • Furry, Anthropomorphic

  • Mild gore, injury and blood

What I Will NOT Draw

  • I will not copy any other art-style

  • Anything that is offensive, inappropriate or illegal.

  • Major gore this includes heavy amount of bloods, organs, guts etc...

PAYMENT METHOD

  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due prior to final image delivery.

  • Accepting payments via VGen or PayPal.

REVISIONS

  • During each stage of the work in progress phase, you will get one minor revision.

  • Major revisions are ONLY allowed during the sketch phase; any changes after that will incur additional charges.

USE

  • Please note that tight deadlines or rush requests may require an additional fee.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Commercial use must be negotiated and agreed upon before the commission begins.For any commercial usage including but not limited to or book covers, streaming assets, cover art or promotional materials a fee of +100% of the total price will apply.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • The artist reserves the common-law copyright to all works commissioned by the client that are created by the artist. That means I retain the right to create prints or license the designs of any of my work. In advertisements for my online business or in other promotional materials, regardless of who owns the original piece.

  • Commercial work will require additional 100% fee based of the original price of the commission in order to acquire the permission to reproduce my work.

REFUNDS

  • Refund Policy: Once work on the commission has officially started, no refunds can be given under any circumstances.
